Stress is Normal in modern life. It is an inevitable part of our day-to-day living. By definition, stress is an individuals physiological response to pressure, change, demand or thought. Job, Money, Relationship, Market Fluctuations, Loss in business, Illness, Kids, Parents, Accidents and Interest rates are some of the uncertainties of life that cause stress.

Stress makes our Lives monotonous and dull. It takes fun and humor out of our Life. It makes our Life out of control. It also affects our thinking power. We are not able to think clearly in stress. Stress makes our life a miserable. It makes you grouchy, drained and fearful as well. Stress makes our life like a hell and we must find a way to tackle the stress problem.

There are many ways to de-stress yourself. But one of the most effective strategies to tackle stress is Laughter. Its free, convenient and effective than any other stress management technique. Studies have proven that Laughter is best medicine that helps reduce stress and improves your overall health. It is considered as natural stress reliever.

Indeed Laughter is best stress-relief technique. So laugh out loud to de-stress yourself. There are so many ways to get more laughter into your Life. Going cinema to watch funny movies, watching funny videos, funny conversations with friends, playing with your kids, reading funny sms jokes and funny sayings are some of the good ways to get a good laugh.

But one of the best ways to tickle your funny bone is Funny Sayings. It was really a great fun to read them. Basically, Funny sayings are usually funny statements or phrases said by famous authors. They could be about anything that would be funny e.g. life, humor, marriage, love, music, laughter. Funny Sayings are great way to bring smile on everyones face.
