		<description><![CDATA[Anger, which is a perfectly normal emotion, can change into something frightening and ugly. The first impression you may have of anger situations may bring about images of a couple fighting, a parent abusing a child or a teenager lashing out at a teacher or a parent. It is rare that images of angry kids come to mind. Unfortunately kids, at very young ages, have to deal with feelings of anger and rage. This is a truth which is often very difficult for adults to understand or cope with.

Therefore, because of these diverse needs, anger management books are made to be understood by the various groups as well as used as tools to control anger and frustration and work through various situations.
