Office stress is a very frequent occurrence. Office stress comes about because of the pressures of the work, which is frequently not so easy to define, particularly in a small firm.
A surfeit of stress can result in all sorts of problems both mental and physical. The mental problems that can arise from stress include anxiety attacks, although there can be other reasons for anxiety attacks as well. Furthermore, it appears that the tendency of anxiety attacks is on the up. This is perhaps because of the increased levels of stress that everyone experiences.

Do you have fond memories of your school years? Do you have happy memories of teachers and school friends? If you do then you were lucky, because some children hate every minute of being in school and not because they are no good at it either. Often it is the clever kids who are taunted for being swots and teachers' pets. They are safe in the class, but the journeys to and from school and the school breaks can be nightmares.

Anger, which is a perfectly normal emotion, can change into something frightening and ugly. The first impression you may have of anger situations may bring about images of a couple fighting, a parent abusing a child or a teenager lashing out at a teacher or a parent. It is rare that images of angry kids come to mind. Unfortunately kids, at very young ages, have to deal with feelings of anger and rage. This is a truth which is often very difficult for adults to understand or cope with.

We can review anger and aggression to have a deeper understanding of our emotions and work toward anger management. Often when someone feels frustrated they are liable to get really angry when their emotions are heightened. Frustration does not arise over night; rather frustration occurs when underlying issues come into focus. So, frustration is a very deep, unrelieved sense or state of lack of confidence and displeasure arising from unsettled grievances or unfulfilled desires.
